We all experience pain, trauma, illness, sorrow, etc. at some point in our lives. What we don’t often realize is how much those life experiences continue to impact our physical health and well-being. Our physical health (i.e. weight gain and other illnesses) is usually an outer expression of an inner conflict. This program contains 12-weeks packed with content and hands on exercises where you will learn all the necessary tools to transform the areas of your life that are keeping you stuck and negatively impacting your health including 12-weeks of in depth nutrition education. The brain is the most complex organ in the human body. It produces our every thought, action, memory, feeling and experience of the world and contains a staggering one hundred billion neurons. Each neuron can make connections with tens of thousands of others. Within these connections we form memories, develop habits, and shape personalities.
